The second edition of the league is hosted by the Emirates Cricket Board, so the Emirates Cricket Stadium will host all matches. Each team has a strong lineup and a balance of domestic and foreign players. According to ILT20 regulations, each team can have up to nine foreign players, two of whom must be from the UAE.
